Aqua Mediterranean Bar and Grill is open in Blackheath Village at the site formerly occupied by Bella Vista Restaurant
Aqua Mediterranean Bar & Grill is now open in Blackheath. The arrival of this highly popular restaurant, which already has successful outlets in Bromley, Banstead and Croydon, promises to re-invigorate the village’s culinary reputation as one of London’s best and trendiest eating-out venues.
Taking over the site of the former Bella Vista in Montpelier Vale, Aqua will showcase Chef Patron Dasos Charalambos’s culinary flare and his Mediterranean heritage. His dishes encompass the flavours and textures of the region in a heady and delicious fusion of Greek, Italian and French cuisine.
Aqua’s outstanding reputation for food and service continues to grow with each new opening. Now Blackheath joins the list to offer a genuinely fresh taste of the Med, a lively atmosphere and simply superb food and affordable prices.
Aqua insists on only the best produce from its suppliers. Everything is made from scratch and cooked on the premises. Aqua’s competitively priced menus include a set lunch menu Monday to Friday with two courses for £12 and three courses for £15. The set dinner menu is £15 for two courses and £18 for three courses.
One of the highlights of Aqua’s menu is its 50% off all steaks deal on Monday evenings. All beef is British and dry aged for 28-days to give it a great flavour a texture.
The a la carte menu main courses start at around £10 and go up to around £23 for a fillet steak – unless it’s Monday night of course!
